This ELBE brand ,dark blue ,Washington album binder is the original one ( Spring back) ,manufactured in the 1960s, thus it is better than what you may find on the market. It has never been used BUT has a small ding on one of the corners  ( see picture)
Comes with 100 Washington quadrille pages which are manufactured recently.
