This is a very nice booklet entitled "The 1937 Amendments To The 1911 Bituminous Mining Laws of Pennsylvania By W. L. Affelder - Published by Mine Safety Appliances Co. - Braddock, Thomas and Meade Streets - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania".The booklet measures 6 3/4" by 3 3/4"and consists of 28 pages of rules, regulations and Representative M.S.A. Equipment for the Mining Industry including The Edison Electric Cap Lamp, Edison Permissible Electric Trip Lamp, M.S.A. High Pressure Rock Dust Distributor and many other items.  The booklet is  in very good condition with some minor wear due to age.  It has the name of Mr. Edward Buckingham written on the back.
